Hi!
As yet I don’t know about endurance tests for my soles. I had very difficult mountain trip and now in Russia I’m trying to walk on snow. What tests can you suggest?

About the project with codename "Timeline":
:)
I think there will not be marked difference so quickly, no?
Ok, I’ll try to do daily photos and we’ll see:)

At the present time I can be barefoot at snow just near 1 min.)))not more) Its very haaaaaard to me. My feet are always feeling cold (may be because of my height). I hope these barefoot walks will help me with this problem.

Ok, now I'll attach other photos from mountain:)

Hi Polina

Beautiful pictures! It's amazing to see you walking on such harsh surfaces, on all those rocks and jagged stones on bare feet, on tender soles! How could you endure it, and why did you do it? How it felt, knowing that you had no shoes with you? Did you concentrate on anything special not to feel pain?

What does your mom, your friends say about your new lifestyle?

I am sure that in little time your soles will get as tough as you want, and that you'll be able to put them through all kind of endurance tests.

I think this post can give you an idea:

Glad you like the Timeline project!

Hi, DG2001! ))
Why did I go on mountain without shoes?
1 - I thought if I climb slowly and carefully it will not be difficult. Naive:)
2 – Sometimes I want to do things which… may be strange, hasty or unusual.. to diversify my life.
I was not concentrating on pain. I was concentrating on stones.:) Choosing more suitable))) I completed this trip almost on all fours)))
About my mam and friends I wrote in second topic – somebody sometimes are shy me. It’s not a problem for me. Friends say: usually I’m modest and quiet but sometime I become crazy%-))

Hi Polina

It's OK to become crazy from time to time! sometimes being "normal" is boring :-)

It's cool you like to do crazy things, specially walking barefoot. Keep barefooting amiga mía!

Thanks for writing your diary and keeping us informed of your progress and adventures as a barefooter.

Have a nice weekend.

Regards

Lately there is cold weather (near -10-15) in Russia. And it’s snowing often. When I train on snow its windy usually.
I didn’t have other endurance test yet. Walking on broken glass is too hard to me now. May be I’ll think up any surface like stones. When there is not snow in Russia I’ll find other interesting surfaces.
My mam says something like: Ok, you can just try and we’ll see the result. You can stop in any moment.
So now I create new topic and go to the bad caz feeling bad a little bit.

Does your mom take your pics?

Doesn't she mind you putting your feet through endurance tests, what does she say about it?

How hard do you want the soles of your feet to become Polina, what's your goal? I am sure that in few weeks you'll be able not even to walk, but to dance barefoot on broken glass. Look!

Ya, my mam did all pics.
She gives me freedom of my doings. She's not against:)

I would like my soles are such strong that I can walk on broken glass too. I think it's really cool:) And I want to walk on the snow near half an hour - such resistance to the cold is wonderfull!
DG, I saw this great video with dancing girl. She's really wonder!
Thanks, I think I'll be better soon, it's just a little lethargy

Hi Polina

How does it feel walking barefoot in cold weather, wearing warm clothing, and nothing in your feet?

Do people stare at you, come and ask questions? What do you answer to them?

Isn't it painful, how do you get used to it? Do you enjoy it?

It's great to see that you really want to toughen the soles of your feet up and that your mom is not opposed to the idea, that she allows you do what you feel and like.

It is exquisite watching you walking barefoot in such cold weathar, you're a beautiful girl and your feet are beautifully shaped.

Thank you!

DG

iudicator2, köszönöm very much:) I'm feeling your help:)

DG, to be in winter with cloths and barefoot is better then to be naked fully))
it's not usual sense but very funny)

People rarely something ask me. I say that barefooting is comfortably and something new and interesting.
sometimes its cold, but it rises mood=)

Its not so painfully, I had more powerfull pain in my life.
=)
