Your feet are just gorgeous, with your beautiful, long toes...

I'm speechless, basically :)

Great video Polina, thanks! It's cool that you walked barefoot on that gravelly mountain.

How the experience was, did you enjoy overcoming your fears?

Polina, in my modest opinion you’re one of the two MOST TOUCHING girls ever appeared on this web site. My absolute fav among the ones in activity, by far: sweet looking, sexy and beautiful.

And you’re very very VERY brave.

But you’re not that tough in bare feet!!!!
I’m not saying you can get seriously wounded as stones never killed anyone, but I fear you could loose your barefoot spirit and, if badly overwhelmed by a ground, say “can’t do it, I give up”.

Please be cautious: that rocky path was too much for you.

Your (great!) videos says it, and even this picture shows it:

http://www.city-feet.com/images/get/large/42148.jpg

... you don’t look “energized” by being barefoot, but so much tired and weakened (but always WONDERFUL, indeed).

The other “diary-maker”, Sierra, has a gift of God in her soles, and moreover going by what she says she never experienced pain: so she consider herself invulnerable (to normal experiences, obviously) and this gives her extra strengths ... and makes her probably ALMOST invulnerable, at least until she encounter a ground that takes her by surprise making her vacillate.

This is not your case, so please stay barefoot BUT PRUDENT.

About “tests” I suggest you this one: did you have shoes with you, when you made that climb?
If you did, try to face easier terrains but leaving shoes at home!
It’s an interesting test for barefoot spirit: not easy as it could appear, and moreover it’s a situation that could inspire you different feelings, inside your soul, when your soles touch the ground. Let us know if you want.

A smile.

Flowwer, I completely agree with your first paragraph.
However, Polina is a grown girl, I'm sure she can stand up for herself and won't push it too hard.
Her soles may be tender now, yes, but she's at the beginning of her journey. You may be right that she should be careful, but don't say it in a way that may make her lose heart.

Polina, Flowwer is right in a way. There is no need to overexploit your beautiful feet. Take small steps, and little by little your soles will be as tough as our other barefoot fairy, Sierra. I'm sure she started out just as you.
All in all: don't be afraid, but know your limits!

Love,

Iudicator

>>>"don't say it in a way that may make her loose heart"

Really didn't want to!

I'M SORRY, It's my fault: I've had a long relationship with a girl with an EXTREME toughness in barefooting (far beyond Sierra, to give you an hazy idea) that has been stopped by the only thing that could stop her: an excess of self-confidence.
So I'm "wounded".

You see, iudicator2: those girls go barefoot because they like it, and we like 'em barefooting, and support 'em for our and their pleasure and joy.

But we must remember a thing: it's not the same relationship that ties a champion of tennis and tennis-lovers, or a champion of soccer and soccer-lovers. Excusing myself for the stupid example, I mean: loosing a tennis or a soccer game doesn't leave marks on your soul that prevent you to play soccer or tennis again. :)

BAREFOOTING IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
It's linked to something inner, ancestral.
You can BEGIN it because you simply like it, or even... as a game, as something done to call attention.
But it.. digs an important space in your heart: maybe because it's like a return to nature, to a different strenght and naturality. Don't know. But it happens!

And it's something that us, barefootERS lovers, WE CAN'T SHARE with barefootING lovers. :) Because it's a ... physical and soul journey, you have to really go barefoot to feel it.

And the far you go, the... hardest is if a terrain or a situation suddenly STOPS you!!, suddenly breaking that way of feeling "MORE VULNERABLE WITH SHOES THAN WITHOUT". That it's a very very hard thing to build again, a second time.

Under this aspect.... "it's Sierra that risks more than Polina".
I fear for her because she asserts she doesn't know what pain in a bare sole is. When pain will appear, I mean a pain REAL EVEN FOR HER (because she surely knows pain but doesn't acknowledge it as pain ... so I mean a pain that STOPS her and make her think what she never thought: "I... can't do it!... God I can't do it barefoot!.... my God I can't stay barefoot here, how possible?!?!?!"), well... FROM that moment she could became as tough as she doesn't even imagine now! Or she could never be able to abandone the need for shoes (!). And be really finished as a barefooter.

Sorry 4 the long answer: I'm "touched" under this aspect, as I wrote. EVERY barefooter has to face that moment, sooner or later. Just wanted Polina avoiding to face it too soon, testing herself too much, when she's not ready at all!
She could loose her barefootin', and we could loose her barefootin' around.

Talking about beauty and feet beauty, Polina is by far my fav among girls in activity on this site.

And among ALL OF the girls passed by CityFeet, she would be too!
If a ... an incredibly bright star (IMHO, again) wouldn't have passed by here:

http://www.city-feet.com/static/galleries/353/sample1.jpg
http://www.city-feet.com/static/galleries/353/sample3.jpg
http://www.city-feet.com/static/galleries/353/sample0.jpg

It's unbeliavable: "the most incredible girl, had the most incredible BARE feet".
Svetlana looked, barefoot, mor tough than a runner in her shoes and more elegant than a model on her heels.
All of this, with dirty feet and a pair of short jeans.

But as this coincidence (that's always based on an OPINION) wouldn't be enough, a couple of moments in her videos showed that she's maybe the only City-Feet girl that, if cultivate barefooting, could have a barefoot stroll on a very hard terrain SIDE BY SIDE WITH SIERRA.

A dream about barefooting, but Polina, about it, is a dream ... BECOMING TRUE.

So much better.

(Just a sentence about Sierra: simply the toughest barefooter found on the net in many years, probably (she doesn't post enough videos do say it for sure).
The only one that made my ex girlfriend saying, after having smiled "let me see this umpteenth phenomenon" ... "godshe'stough". In a short breath. Stopping smiling. :D)

A hug.

It's nice of you to care so much, but in my opinion, you are a bit overprotective :)
No one has told Polina to do what she really not intended to do, and I think she is a grown up girl and knows what is good to her and what's not.

Actually pain is essential for development - "no pain, no gain" as the saying goes... The real difference is not to _damage_ her feet during her way. I really wouldn't like that, but I trust her reason.

By the way you said you had a barefooter girlfriend (which is one of the coolest thing on earth :)), who had to stop. Will you elaborate it, or is it too touchy for you?

Guys, at first, thank you so much for such kind words. It’s very flattering (in good meaning:)).
You know, I didn’t have shoes with me in that climbing. I didn’t get it just because of I didn’t think it’ll be so difficult trip. If I know, sure I was getting:)
I like this experience so much, but in next time of course I’ll not be so light-minded girl) I feel this delicate borderline. So I hope I’ll never say “stop” because of it. In future I'll be barefoot but not so sharply extremally. Step by step to accustome.
Any way I very appreciate your care!:)
Really, I'm not very extreme girl. Ya, I had parachute jump, did this climbing, but it never be dangerous or unhealthy. I'm nor so brave:)

I saw this girl - Svetlana. and I like her very much=) She's very pretty, especially I like photos when she's doing some flying))) wonderfully!!!
