Hi again, pretty Polina! Perhaps the topic-related photos could be named not 'pretty monkey' but 'gracious barefoot girl'?:) That walls were a sign of certain private zone, wasn't it? If the pavement around this zone was mostly stony? By the way for significant part of 'Russian inhabitants' winter in south Europe could be compared with our late spring>summer season. At least at first sight...

My born shyness doesn't allow me to call myself "gracious barefoot girl", just monkey=)
ya, you can see - there is a private zone behind this fence, but in other time it can be opened, I just don't know - when!
Pavement is stony, very pleasant and nice to the thouch
by the way, it's very interesting to feel all differences of pavements - smooth or rocky, hot, warm or cold and fresh, feel every feature of the ground. By far more interesting than feel only shoes :)

In that day I was without shoes not very long time. Weather was just 7-10 C.
I was walking barefoot near 30 minutes, then put on shoes, and later again put it off=)
It was really wonderful time...

Polina, can I ask a few questions?
If 8-10 C temperature is enough comfortable condition for your barefoot state for not strictly limited (<10 minutes) time interval?
If smooth pavement makes your barefoot walk less dependent on speed and way of movements?

It was my 1st tour to Spain. It's very nice, I'd like to say, comfortable country.

Michael, ya, 8-10 C is enough for me to be barefoot near half an hour with pleasure =)
I'm not accostomed with cold, but it just a matter of time =)

Of course, smooth pavement makes barefoot walks easier, but appreciably it shows in comparison with walks on stony and rocky hills =)
