Peter and I took our engagement pictures today! We used Wild Rose Images and had a great experience with our photographer. She provided me with some of the unedited "candid" shots from today, just for my enjoyment. Here's some of the better ones.

Did the photographer comment when she found out your outfit included bare feet - even on the gravel?

I hope you dont mind me asking, as I appreciate this is personal, but on the big day itself will you be tying the knot in your bare feet?

The photographer went as far as to beg me to wear shoes! She's a funny lady. I did have a pair of shoes in Peter's car for emergencies, but I really didn't feel like wearing them.

For my actual wedding, which is a small private ceremony in my hometown, I will be wearing shoes out of respect for the sacredness of the marriage covenant and for the holy building we will be getting married in. However, as soon as I'm off the grounds, my shoes are coming off!
