It's my first winter barefoot. The temperature in Madrid is 8 degrees Celsius. This is not Russia. For us, this temperature is already cold. Soon the thermometer is at 0 degrees. I have no shoes, I have nothing to wear my feet. And I have the commitment to live barefoot. They are only a few months and I like the cold. I survive winter and what you can see in my pictures and my videos.

You own no shoes, you don't have other option but remaining barefoot the whole winter.

Just be careful during very cold days. Your feet will adapt, they will get used to the cold. Keep the rest of your body warm and the hot blood will keep your feet warm and safe. Don't remain barefoot outside for too long periods of time. When needed, if you feel your feet numb, enter to stores to warm them and then keep on walking.

You are going to demonstrate that a girl can live her whole life barefoot, that you don't need shoes at all, that you can endure a winter without any protection to your feet. We are witnessing a historic moment, when a modern girl from the XXI century in a country like Spain is going to remain barefoot for a whole winter... and for the rest of her life.
