I don't care so much about the cigarettes, but I absolutely adore seeing you in this outfit and location. You are so elegantly dressed with the blazer and scarf, and the colors you wear are perfect for these surroundings. A slight variation on this for another time would be if you rolled your jeans just a little (but not much, best if they stay long to your ankle).
