Barefoot girls in Turkey First I would like to say, that we put all the 4 days' journey into one update. And of course, the main term of the Barefoot Voyage was fulfilled - the girls were barefoot during all the journey. Now, enjoy Helena's story about their advantured in Turkey: 'My first day in Turkey by Helen V. I woke up = ah! = too early, at 6.30 am, which is practically the middle of the night for me, put on a heavy load of winter clothes and my grinders-version boots they call 'shit-tramplers'. The taxi was waiting, and me and my new friend Helen G. headed to the airport. Barefooted picnic. Part 3. After the girls tried to walk on the hot ashes, Lena began to show her courage, laying on glass. She laid on the broken glass in different poses and we sometimes were afraid, that she would hurt herself. But she did it with such a beautiful and light-hearted smile on ser face that Oksana followed her too. TOgether they showed acrobatic figures and made us smile. But their black with ashes feet and all the body wouldn't hurt at all. Late in the evening the picnic came to the end. But we are looking forward to meet again. We caught a car and went home. Barefooted picnic. Part 2. When everything for the picnic was ready we began to enjoy ourselves. What can be better then to lay on the warm groung and to relax! To stretched legs, a little tired after the walk, and to give them five minutes of comfort and to give the first summer sun tickle the hels with its rays! And then... we really had a lot of fun. Oksana danced around the fire and sang songs and coocked sausages for us all. Look how dirty our feet are! The soles turned black with ground and ashes. Don't you want to kiss them now? ;) Tongues of flame even wanted too to caress our feet! Look how they try to reach our tender feet! And tender feet someti,es can bee merciless and hard when they step on a man... But it seems to me, that Kirill really liked it! ;) Nobode of us expected that Lena is such an extreme girl! Sha layed on glass, sitted on it, stood on glass with her knees! So she is a real glass-walker! ;) Look how her tender feet win over the sharp glass! They look so defenless. Barefooted picnic On Tuesday evening, right after the work we decided to take advantage of good weather and to arrange a picnic. This spring and summer turned out to be extremely cold in Russia and this warm evenining without rain should be spent with pleasure! And of course such a warm evening should be spent outdoors without shoes! We bought some food in the nearest shop, gathered firewood and went to Belyaevo - a beautiful park at the outskirts of Moscow. There were few of us: Kirill, who is fond of walk on glass and on ashes and likes to teach his friends to do that, Lena, Oksana and Marina and Paul - who make this site for you.. ;). The girl immediately began to change their closes to more sexy and summer ones. They had took their shoes off near the metro and all the way went barefooted. So when we came to the place for the picnic, their soles was as black as ground. Kirill made the fire and was eager to learn Oksana how to walk on glass. Oksana dadn't participate in the previous glass walking session and really wanted to learn see and to learn how the girls can step with their defendless bare feet on the sharp glass. To say more, as Oksana learned how to walk on glass, she really liked it. She said, that it was something like a very sharp, but very pleasant massage for her feet. And after a long barefooted walk from the metro such massage was just what she really was looking for.. Marina too took an advantage to walk on glass. She had already learned how to do that and it was'n a new feeling for her. Onnce when she walked barefooted on glass, she vas astonished, that glass could not hirt and it could be so wonderful and exciting to feel, that tender feet were stronger then sharp and dangerous glass! Kirill kissed her feet in admiration after she had walked on glass. Our feet became really dirty and there was no any desire to put on shoes, because the ground was warm and soft after glass walking. So if you really want to convince your girlfriend that ground is really soft to walk barefooted, make her walk on glass beforehand... ;) The fire became stronger and Oksana began to dance around it. 	Glass walking. Part 3. Lena It was the first Lena's experience of glass walking. Her tender feet were not used to the sharp surface of glass, so every her motion was very careful and slow. Glass walking. Part 2. Tatyana The first girl, who dared to walk on glass was Tatyana. Tatyana is a real barefooter. You can easily find her on the streets of her naitive city Saint Peterburg, walking without shoes not only in summer, but in spring and autumn. Here you can see a behind the scene video clip that was made during the photo session. I understood how should I relax my feet to walk on glass. It was even a pleasure for me because I got used to walk barefooted all the summer long. I am a student and every summer after the semester exams I like take off my shoes and walk on the streets or ride a hourse. Sometimes I and my friends make several days barefoot camping trips near St. Peterburg and Petergoff. Sometimes when I walk without shoes in a crowded place people pay attention to my bare feet.
