Barefoot girls in Turkey
First I would like to say, that we put all the 4 days' journey into one update. And of course, the main term of the Barefoot Voyage was fulfilled - the girls were barefoot during all the journey. Now, enjoy Helena's story about their advantured in Turkey: 'My first day in Turkey by Helen V. I woke up = ah! = too early, at 6.30 am, which is practically the middle of the night for me, put on a heavy load of winter clothes and my grinders-version boots they call 'shit-tramplers'. The taxi was waiting, and me and my new friend Helen G. headed to the airport. I could hardly believe we would be in Antalya, Turkey, on the same afternoon, in fact, I could hardly imagine, after the severe winter we've had this year, that there were things like summer, green grass and happy barefooting...'
